This 3-day intensive is designed for practitioners ready to go beyond surface-level palpation.
We’ll explore multiple styles of hara diagnosis, including kata-based forms and Kampo traditions and show you how to connect each to real-world treatment using acupuncture, moxa, and teishin.
Rooted in Traditional Japanese Medicine and the ShinKyu method, this training blends hands-on feedback with theoretical integration from Shang Han Lun (SHL) and pulse diagnosis.
With just 12 full participant spots and 5 non-ShinKyu seats (Day 1 only), this is a rare opportunity for focused mentorship and embodied learning.

Hi, Maya here, I'm glad you're here. I have helped countless acupuncturists through mentorship and tried and true methods to get better results with every needle and cone of moxa and have confidence in their treatment approach and application.
After years of coordinating and translating for international acupuncturists learning Japanese acupuncture, I noticed a strong trend: Acupuncturists, trained outside of Japan, spend over $10,000 and decades just trying to learn Japanese style treatment.
This workshop is a rare opportunity for focused mentorship and embodied learning. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
